1.Banana smoothie recipe


This banana smoothie is definitely one of my favorites. If only due to the fact that taste is really excellent and very healthy and suitable for morning exercises (unless, of course, to get them work out :)) because, as has long been known to contain many nutrients and vitamins and carbohydrate content so that adds a lot of energy, which is at exercise really welcome.
BTW, did you know that in a year an average American eats more than 12 pounds of bananas, more than any other fruit! Also interesting is that Americans eat more bananas per year than apples and oranges together!

Ingredients:
•2 whole Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
•3 cups vanille Ice cream 
•1 cup Milk OR Vanilla Yogurt

Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender insert and allowed to stir 5-7 minutes, when the raw materials are mixed and do we loose smoothie it into a glass. yummy :)

2.Strawberry smoothie

This tasty and delicious smoothie is perfect for morning. It is full of vitamins, plus excellent strawberries, so I will not describe further and go to the recipe.

Ingredients:
•250 g strawberries,
•1 medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped
•300 ml 1% low-fat milk
•150 ml natural yoghurt
•15 ml spoon clear honey

Instructions:
Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness According to taste and pour into serving glasses.
Enjoy your meal!

3.Lemon Berry Smoothie

Immediately after banana smoothie is my favorite right lemon-blueberry smoothie, suitable mainly for hot summers since it is very refreshing thanks to lemon.
 I hope that you will enjoy the recipe :)

Ingredients:
•1 cup fresh blueberries
•1 cup fresh strawberries
•1 teaspoon powdered lemonade mix
•1 container blueberry nonfat yogurt
•1 1/2 cups skim milk
•1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:
We mix all ingredients together in a blender (as with other smoothie) after 5 minutes, switch off the mixer and mix in a glass and serve. :)
